the hotel's location proved advantageous. it was easily accessible and near public transportation. the breakfast offered a sufficient variety of choices.

check-in was slow. i observed employees prioritizing conversations at the bar over assisting guests. parking options were limited, requiring a fifteen euro fee for the underground parking.

mixed feelings about this stay

no closet dirty carpet

the location was acceptable because it was close to the tram.

The room lacked basic amenities. there was no closet available to hang clothes and also no mini bar (i expect these when i travel). the floor carpet seemed quite dirty with noticeable spots on it. I was quite frustrated.

the hotel has a grocery store within walking distance this was nice for picking up drinks and snacks

the room itself was a bit disappointing it was located in the corner i did not feel it was very clean the curtains were damaged and not ironed the air conditioner did not work properly

i found pizza and bar service available around the clock at the hotel, alongside vending machines for quick snacks. the modern room design felt fresh. i appreciated the desk. the bathroom had good equipment and a hot shower. the bluetooth loudspeaker was a smart touch, allowing me to enjoy my own music.

i noticed the reception area often had queues, and it seemed like there was no rush to assist me during check-in.

the hotel is near tram 17's starting station providing easy access to the city center via festhalle messe. getting to the u4 line is convenient too. the surrounding area remains generally quiet adding to its appeal.
